Shipping

We ship most orders UPS Ground. Experience shows that it is the most reliable means of shipping, since all orders may be instantly tracked. You may select either Residential or Commercial delivery; You must have an official commercial address. Commercial delivery will usually be less expensive, and we pass on the savings to you.

For light items weighing one pound or less, we ship by USPS Priority Mail to keep your shipping costs low.

We realize that shipping may seem high on certain items, such as 50 lb. bags. The shipping cost is calculated in real-time based upon an estimate of weight, from antsbgone.com to you.

While we make every effort to keep frequently ordered products in stock at our warehouses, sometimes products are backordered, and we will attempt to notify you if that is the case.

Order Tracking

We utilize the Quantum View Notify system from UPS to provide you with shipment status and tracking number information. Emails will be sent to the address you provide us in your order, so please ensure that it is accurate.

If your order is shipped by USPS Priority Mail, you should receive a message containing shipping label information.

You will receive an email confirmation from us containing a summary of your order. This indicates that we have received your order at the store and are beginning to process it.

Delivery Time We cannot provide a precise estimate of delivery time, but in our experience, most orders are received within three to five business days after they are shipped.

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY - Since we are committed to processing all customer orders as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee order cancellations. Return Policy

AntsBGone knows that a satisfied customer is likely a repeat customer, so we want to make you happy. Therefore, we will accept product returns under certain conditions.

• Any chemicals must be unopened.
• For your protection, we recommend sending returns to us by UPS or insured receipt.
• We cannot refund shipping charges.
